Lub cutter suction dredger yog ib qho chaw nres tsheb dredger nruab nrog lub tshuab txiav (cutter taub hau) uas excavate av ua ntej nws yuav nqus los ntawm ntws ntawm lub twj tso kua mis dredge (s).

Thaum lub sij hawm ua hauj lwm lub dredger txav ib ncig ntawm ib tug spud ncej los ntawm rub thiab slacking ntawm ob lub fore sideline xov hlau. Hom dredger no muaj peev xwm ua rau txhua yam ntawm cov khoom siv thiab yog qhov tseeb vim lawv txav mus los ntawm cov spud. Cov khib nyiab feem ntau yog hydraulically thauj los ntawm cov raj xa dej, tab sis qee qhov dredgers muaj cov khoom thauj khoom thauj khoom thiab.

Hiav txwv mus cutter suction dredgers muaj lawv tus kheej propulsion, tab sis qhov no tsuas yog siv thaum lub sij hawm (de) mobilization.

Lub hauv paus chiv keeb ntawm cov lus no yog los ntawm Prof.Ir. WJVlasblom.
